Bring Back Balance

Has your budget gone up by 30% like mine? Why's everything so expensive? It's frustrating to see costs for everyday items like energy, insurance, and groceries constantly going up, and it's clear that overregulating and micromanaging businesses is not the answer. We can do better than this! I’m committed to finding solutions to make Colorado more affordable for families and vulnerable residents. 

I will fight to make our state a place where families and our most vulnerable residents can thrive.

Crime and public safety are major concerns for Coloradans, and it's shocking that our state is considered one of the most dangerous places to live.  Why?  Because legislation keeps law enforcement from doing its job.  We can do better than this!  

I will fight to create common sense legislation that punishes criminals and protects their victims.

The lack of affordable housing in Colorado is a major issue - young people can't buy, and seasoned folks can't downsize.  We can do better than this!   It's time to shift legislation and allow builders to create homes for everyone, including condos and townhomes.

I will fight to make home ownership a priority.

The federal open border policies have created problems for both immigrants and Coloradans. Our local governments weren't adequately prepared to provide aid. This must stop. We can do better than this!  We must take ownership and create an effective solution to alleviate the hardship this has caused our community. 

I will fight for practical solutions to create a humane and accessible environment for prospective legal immigrants and a safe and sensible use of taxpayer dollars.

Someone once said, "Kids are the message we will send to a generation we will not see.” I value investment in our greatest asset, our children and youth.  We can do better than this!  When it comes to education and healthcare, we must provide a “best fit” mentality for each unique individual. 

I will fight to protect the well-being of our kids and ensure parental involvement to create a successful future for us all.

Homelessness is a multi-layered and complicated issue.  Our most vulnerable residents don’t need a handout, they need a hand up.  We can do better than this!  Without acknowledging root issues, we’ll continue to deal with symptoms and not the solutions. 

I will fight to identify root causes and find solutions to decrease homelessness.
